Welcome to Elegance Exposure. By accessing or using this website and booking wedding photography services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website.
1. Services Provided
Elegance Exposure offers professional wedding photography services, including pre-wedding, wedding day, and post-wedding photo sessions. Additional services (e.g. albums, prints, digital galleries) may be offered as outlined in individual contracts.
2. Booking and Contract
A booking is only confirmed once:A written agreement has been signed by both parties, andA deposit (usually 30%) has been received.Final payment is due no later than 7 days before the wedding date unless otherwise agreed in writing.Elegance Exposure reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its sole discretion.
3. Cancellation Policy
Client cancellation:

More than 30 days before the wedding: full refund of deposit.

29-14 days before: 50% of the deposit is non-refundable.

13 days or less: deposit is non-refundable and 50% of the total agreed amount may be charged.
Photographer cancellation:

In the unlikely event of cancellation by Elegance Exposure (e.g. illness or emergency), every effort will be made to find a suitable replacement photographer. If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
4. Image Rights and UsageClient rights:
Clients receive high-resolution, professionally edited images for personal use. Commercial use (e.g. publishing, resale, advertising) is not permitted without prior written permission.Photographer rights:Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Elegance Exposure retains the right to use images for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, portfolio, competitions, or print materials). Clients may request specific images to be excluded from public sharing.Model releases are considered granted unless explicitly revoked in the signed contract.
5. Delivery
Edited images are typically delivered within 4–6 weeks via an online gallery. Delivery times may vary depending on the season and project scale.Unedited RAW files are not provided as part of the standard package.
6. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to ensure technical and artistic excellence, Elegance Exposure shall not be held liable for:

Unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, venue restrictions, guest interference)

Lost or damaged digital files due to technical failure beyond reasonable control

Dissatisfaction resulting from artistic judgment or image selectionLiability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the photography service.
7. Intellectual Property
All images taken by Elegance Exposure remain the intellectual property of the photographer under German copyright law (Urheberrecht). Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use of the delivered images.
8. Website Use
All content on this website, including images, text, design, and logos, is the property of Elegance Exposure and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.Users must not:

Attempt to damage, hack, or interfere with the websiteSubmit false or misleading inquiries

9. Data Protection (Datenschutz)
Elegance Exposure processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).Collected data is used solely for the purpose of communication, service delivery, and invoicing. 10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Hamburg, unless overridden by mandatory legal provisions.
11. Amendments
Elegance Exposure reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the updated effective date.
